
Week 2
Monday
Well I am beginning week 2 with a real confidence after losing 8 lbs last week on the Strip that Fat program. I can honestly say that being on a diet has never been so much fun. I get through the day with no cravings for fatty foods and I do not feel that hungry at all.
In week one I did have a slight soreness in some of my muscles from doing the exercises but that’s my fault for allowing my self to become so unfit. This week the soreness is slowly going off as they seem to become easier.
If this week goes anything like last week i should have no problems. The exercises are becoming much easier each day and i am still trying loads of fantastic food combination that the Diet generator produced for me. I still can not get over this fantastic bit of software and how easy it has made it to stay on the program.
